Professional Summary
Dr. Kim Dooley, a professor in the College of Agriculture and Life Science, has been recognized as a Food Systems Leadership Institute Fellow (APLU), and a Fellow in her national and international organizations. She has received awards for her teaching (Association of Former Students Distinguished Teaching Award, Montague Scholar, and USDA Excellence in Teaching), Research (Distinguished Research Award from the American Association for Agricultural Education), and Service (International Excellence and Assessing Student Learning with Technology). She has served as Co-PI for USDA projects totaling $4,597,719 since 2016. She has published 82 referred journal articles focused on measuring learning outcomes, transfer of training, and impact evaluation (Google Scholar h-index 29 and i10-index 59). She previously served as the Associate Dean for Academic Operations for the College and was recognized as a Fish Camp Namesake in 2019.
