Professional Summary
Mr. Watson `98 (Agricultural Development) is a Partner with US Consults, a thirty-five-year-old site selection and government relations boutique firm, where he leads a team that negotiates incentives packages and economic development deals across the nation. Watson received a BS in Agricultural Development and an MS in Agricultural Education, both from Texas A&M University. He is also recognized as a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). Watson’s spare time is spent chasing after his 15- and 17-year-old daughters Reagan and Hanna. He enjoys cutting horses, land deals, trips with his family, his annual elk hunt, and Aggie Football (some years better than others). His wife of 22 years, Susan is an economics professor at UNT, and his best friend, they have been together ever since meeting on the first day of grad school in Scoates Hall.
