Jennifer Strong, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Texas A&M University Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications. Dr. Strong teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership theory, ethics, organizational culture, team development, and leadership in popular culture. Her research includes developing, implementing, and evaluating non-traditional teaching methods into leadership development as well as critical thinking behaviors for leaders and followers. She is the faculty director for the Dr. Joe Townsend ’67 Leadership Fellows Program.
