Craig A. Rotter, Ph.D., is a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications at Texas A&M University. Rotter began his career at Frost Bank, headquartered in San Antonio. Dr. Rotter’s teaching responsibilities span a variety of leadership courses, impacting hundreds of students each semester. His primary focus areas are leadership development, strategic planning, cultural pluralism, and community engagement. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in professional organizations and has received numerous awards, including a 2022 Superior Service Award from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service (Team), the 2012 Dr. Robert M. Gates Inspiration Award (Regents’ Scholars Program), the Randy Matson ’67 Association of Former Students Award in 2012, and the Texas A&M University Presidential Meritorious Service Award in 2008. Dr. Rotter continues to contribute to the university through his teaching and service, embodying the core values of Texas A&M University. He continuously introduces students to the Aggie Network, embracing the value of the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences. Rotter serves on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio River Foundation and Collegiate Edu-Nation.
