Dr. Katie Rosenbusch `00

Professional Summary

Dr. Rosenbusch `00 (Agricultural Development) is an associate professor of management at the George Mason University School of Business. She has more than 10 years of experience in training and development with private and non-profit organizations, including three years living in Indonesia where she served as the regional manager and corporate trainer for a specialty coffee company. Rosenbusch is the co-founder of the Rosenbusch Institute of Leadership, which has provided leadership and personal development training to over 3,000 high school students. She has provided training nationally and internationally on a variety of topics including motivation, leadership styles, followership, and cross-cultural development. Prior to teaching at Mason, she was on the faculty at Towson University with the Graduate Program in Human Resource Development. She provides consulting to several small businesses and associations in the Washington DC Area on strategic staffing, human resources and organizational change and culture.
