Professional Summary
Caitlin Dartez is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication from Texas A&M University. She also serves Texas A&M as the Associate Director of Career Services for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In this role she is responsible for leading the Agriculture and Life Sciences Career team in implementing programming within the college and working with students to explore career opportunities. Caitlin previously served on this team as a senior career coordinator for first and second year students before transitioning to her current role. She holds master’s degree in Student Personnel Services and has worked in career services for ten years. Prior to joining the Texas A&M Career Center team, she worked in a mid-sized research institution with a centrally located Career Center in Northern Louisiana.
