ALEC Graduate Travel Funding
Students participating in national or regional conferences or in an international experience study away/abroad may be eligible for departmental or college funding. The ALEC travel request deadline is at least 3 months prior to conference travel. HIE Scholarship application deadline for maymester, summer, and fall international travel is February 1. Application deadline for wintermester and spring international travel is November 1. Applications for conference travel requests will be accepted until May 1 of each year.

Office of Graduate and Professional Studies (OGAPS) Forms
This office utilizes an online document system for students to submit Degree Plans and Petitions, click here to access the system for submission of the following:
Degree Plan submission

Change of Major, Degree, or Department (MDD) – Must be submitted at least two months prior to the start of a semester
