Toby L. Lepley, PhD, is an Associate Professor of the Practice at Texas A&M University who brings more than 30 years of leadership, teaching, and administrative experience in Cooperative Extension, agricultural education, and positive youth development. Before retiring in 2024, he served as Associate Vice President and State Youth Development Program Leader for the LSU AgCenter, providing statewide leadership for Louisiana’s 4-H and FFA programs. He previously dedicated 25 years to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in county, district, and state leadership roles. Dr. Lepley is passionate about preparing the next generation of leaders through leadership development, college readiness, mentoring, and the cultivation of essential life skills.
