Thank you for your interest in becoming a cooperating teacher! The following criteria are used for selection of cooperating teachers each semester:

Genuine interest in working with a student teacher

Three or more years experience as a successful AGSC teacher

Submitted the Cooperating Teacher Application
to the Department
Student teachers are placed each semester and are "matched" to appropriate programs based on courses taught, program attributes, and teacher/student personality characteristics.
